Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of quality control, process improvement, and KPIs.
• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily digital outdoor production operations and labor optimization.
• Drive on-time delivery, safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead supervisors and operators; plan, schedule, and review performance.
• Develop budgets, monitor KPIs, and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with management on policies, procedures, and system enhancements.
