Job summary

Renaissance Allentown Hotel is seeking a part-time Host/Hostess to greet and seat guests and set the tone for a positive dining experience. You will use the OpenTable system, answer calls and assist with reservations, and manage cash and room charges while keeping the podium tidy and stocked.

Stay knowledgeable about hotel facilities and hours of operation. This role requires excellent communication and the ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English fluently.
• Able to stand for extended periods during shifts.
• One year of prior work experience preferred.
