Renaissance Allentown is seeking a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. You will greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and coordinate with the dining team to ensure smooth service.

The role requires strong English communication, the ability to stand for extended periods, and a willingness to learn hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Greet and seat guests professionally and warmly.
• Manage seating chart using Open Table reservation system.
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations following procedures.
• Accurately handle cash and room charge transactions.
• Be knowledgeable about hotel facilities, locations and hours.

Responsibilities
