Responsibilities

• Manage waiting guests and designate table assignments.

• Maintain professionalism and communicate changes or VIPs to servers.
• Quote wait times accurately and seat guests promptly.
• Identify investors and restaurant VIPs for staff awareness.

What You Will Do:

• Manage reservations on Seven Rooms
• Enthusiastically engage guests upon arrival and graciously thank them for dining
• Manage waiting guests
• Designate table assignments
• Exhibit an excellent service attitude and be willing to go out of their way to accommodate our guests
• Be flexible and able to adjust to meet the changing needs of the restaurant and guests
• Maintain a level of professionalism and community effectively, Use critical thinking to handle difficult guest situations
• Accurately quote wait times and seat guests in a timely manner
• Be considerate and willing to help out fellow teammates
• Tolerate pressure and work calmly and efficiently during busy times
• Identify investors and restaurant VIPs and notify their server
• Communicate changes/events that can influence covers
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Proficiency with reservation systems software

• Possess and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service and willingness to go out of your way to accommodate guests

This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs. Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional appearance in a clean uniform are also required.
