Maple Hospitality Group in Miami seeks a Nightlife Manager to own The Studio after dark: manage the door, room, programming, and guest experience. You will drive programming with DJs, live performances, and brand partners, while building relationships with concierges, residents, and hotels to attract local tastemakers.
Lead the Studio team, hire and train staff, and collaborate with Maple & Ash management on weekly meetings and P&L.
Maple Hospitality Group builds restaurants that set the standard in their cities: Maple & Ash in Chicago, Scottsdale, Miami, and Boston, with New York opening next; Monarch and Kessaku in Dallas; Marisella in Santa Barbara. Chef Danny Grant leads the kitchens. The house line is simple. We take risks, because the greater the risk, the more delicious the reward.
Three venues in one building at Miami World center. Maple & Ash, the wood-fired flagship that brings the group's signature approach to steak, seafood, and hospitality to downtown Miami. Eight Bar, the neighborhood bistro and raw bar on the ground floor. And The Studio, hidden behind the kitchen. A night can start at the flagship and end upstairs without leaving the building.
A sophisticated speakeasy and private dining space hidden at Maple & Ash Miami. The Studio channels the spirit of Miami's golden era: Art Deco lines, disco energy, lush greens and pinks, plush velvet, fiber-optic light, and curving archways around the VIP tables. Two rooms, The Lounge and The Record Room, behind a private entrance. It is where food, art, music, and movement collide. DJs, cocktails named after songs, caviar, bottle service, and the only kitchen behind a lounge in Miami. Private, but never quiet. For those who stay past last call.
The Studio relaunches this winter with new programming, a new late-night menu, and a new entrance, and it sits on Haute Living's 2026 list of Miami's best speakeasies. The brief: impossible to overlook, without losing the intrigue of being hidden.
The Nightlife Manager owns The Studio after dark: the door, the room, the programming, and the numbers. You decide who plays, you know who is coming before they arrive, and you bring the city with you. On off nights you are out in it: concierges, residences, hotels, and the tastemakers who set Miami's calendar. The Studio is a lounge, not a nightclub, and the manager is the difference.
