Job summary

GTI Energy is seeking a Material Handler Lead to oversee daily warehouse and material handling operations supporting manufacturing and production activities. This role coordinates shipping, receiving, inventory movement, material staging, and provides day-to-day leadership to warehouse personnel.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring accurate counts and documentation, and promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in material handling, warehouse operations, or shipping and receiving.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, locating, transferring, and staging of materials.
• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving to meet deadlines.
• Safely operate forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
• Support production teams and audits; maintain inventory accuracy.
