SMITHS TUBULAR SYSTEMS - LACONIA seeks a Value Stream Manager to lead a designated manufacturing value stream, driving safety, quality, delivery, cost and people goals. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will direct Supervisors and teams to align resources with customer demand and business priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in aerospace or regulated environment.
Proven success leading supervisors and driving continuous improvement.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the value stream to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity targets.
Manage resources, staffing, capacity and production priorities to meet customer requirements.
Ensure execution of the production plan and adherence to schedules.
Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional partners.
Maintain accountability for key metrics: safety, quality, on-time delivery, productivity, cost, inventory.
