Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years in vocational training or related function in manufacturing
• Experience in design, coordination, and delivery of training programs
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and competency-based training

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs with managers and leaders and align with business objectives
• Design and deliver training programs, curricula, and materials
• Deliver engaging classroom and hands-on training
• Maintain training records, certifications, and documentation
• Coordinate with operations and HR for ETP compliance and reimbursements
• Track training effectiveness and KPI metrics
• Coach and develop trainers and staff to improve performance
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in training activities
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, 5S, and standard work
• Prepare orientation and onboarding training for new hires
