Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills to resolve conflicts and adapt to changing situations.
• Effective verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to guide, motivate, and influence others in a team environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows applications (spreadsheet/word processing).
• Experience with or ability to learn manufacturing systems such as PRMS and Assemble and Pack.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers new hire training and training for new materials, processes, and document revisions.
• Generates training requirement reports and coordinates training activities to meet completion metrics.
• Maintains training records to reflect certifications and skill matrices.
• Partners with Quality to communicate quality alerts and reinforce awareness.
• Supports development and implementation of training effectiveness measures.
• Performs routine reviews of manufacturing processes to identify gaps and coordinate retraining.
