• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot production equipment.
• Ability to work with department supervisors, leads, and peers.
• Regular and predictable on-site attendance.
• Associate degree or technical degree preferred.
• Experience with continuous improvement methods (5S, Kaizen, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Operate manufacturing equipment per SOPs and standard work.
• Monitor product quality and complete required documentation.
• Troubleshoot machine or line stoppages and coordinate escalation for additional support.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance during downtime.
• Train operators on standard work and troubleshooting techniques.
• Suggest improvements to operating procedures to improve quality and efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities (5S, KATA, Kaizen).
