Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to troubleshoot production equipment and follow SOPs.
• Experience with training operators and participating in continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S or Kaizen is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned manufacturing equipment per SOPs and standard work.
• Monitor product quality and complete batch records and logs.
• Troubleshoot line stoppages and coordinate escalation for additional support.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance during equipment downtime.
• Train operators on standard work and troubleshoot techniques; evaluate training effectiveness.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (LPMS, 5S, KATA, Kaizen).
• Recommend changes to operating procedures to improve quality and efficiency.
