B. Braun Medical Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Coordinator in Irvine, California to support day-to-day operations onsite.

The role focuses on coordinating safety, training, documentation and administrative tasks under the Area Supervisor, with non-standard scheduling as needed. Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in manufacturing, production coordination, documentation or a similar environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work on-site with regular and predictable attendance and to work a non-standard schedule as needed.
• Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines while completing routine, detail-oriented work accurately.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain departmental safety and employee suggestion programs, training compliance and related documentation.
• Provide organizational and administrative support to Manufacturing Supervisors, including purchasing business unit supplies and preparing or posting production reports.
• Support investigations and prepare initial reports related to nonconformances and product complaints.
• Conduct electronic batch record audits and coordinate responses to production observation reports (POVs).
• Coordinate and present training to manufacturing personnel as needed, while supporting other department priorities assigned by the supervisor.
