Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective training delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage time in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with or ability to learn PRMS and Assemble and Pack.
• Attention to accuracy and detail in documentation and records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver new hire and process training for manufacturing personnel.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and skill matrices reflect current practices.
• Support changeovers, batch reviews, and labor reporting with training input.
• Collaborate with Quality to communicate alerts and reinforce quality awareness.
• Assist in audits, safety procedures, and training effectiveness measures.
• Provide on-site presence and adapt to shift and overtime needs.
