Jobot is seeking a Manufacturing Training Specialist to design, coordinate, and deliver training for new and existing employees across onboarding, HR policies, manufacturing processes, equipment operation, safety, and quality standards. We are looking for a Manufacturing Training Specialist who enjoys working directly with employees, translating technical processes into clear instructions, and helping teams build confidence and capability on the production floor.
The Manufacturing Training Specialist will design, coordinate, and deliver training for new and existing employees. Training topics include onboarding, HR policies, manufacturing processes, equipment operation, safety, quality standards, and workplace skills.
This role combines instructional design with hands‑on delivery, coaching, and program administration. You will identify skill gaps, develop clear training materials and standard work instructions, assess employee competency, and measure training effectiveness against business goals.
This position works onsite in both classroom and manufacturing settings. Responsibilities may require standing, walking, sitting, reaching, using hands, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling, as well as occasionally lifting or moving up to 50 pounds. Close vision and the ability to communicate during training activities are required.
