Job summary

The Pivot Group Network is working with Montague, MI manufacturers to add a Training Manager / Coordinator. You will develop and implement training programs for manufacturing personnel, coordinate training activities, and maintain records to ensure compliance and ongoing improvement.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in manufacturing training, strong LMS skills, and solid project management abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably manufacturing.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate training programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for manufacturing personnel.
• Coordinate and schedule all training activities, including external vendors.
• Assess training needs and identify skill gaps across departments.
• Create and update training materials, manuals, and SOPs.
• Maintain accurate training records and track employee progress.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
• Support new employee onboarding with relevant manufacturing training.
