Job summary

The Pivot Group Network in Otsego, MI is seeking a Training Manager / Coordinator to design and deliver technical training for manufacturing personnel, manage external providers, and keep training records up to date.

You will assess needs, evaluate program effectiveness, develop materials, and oversee the LMS to deploy and track courses, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate effective training programs.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing personnel.
• Coordinate external training providers and manage vendor relationships.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
• Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and job aids.
• Manage the learning management system (LMS) for course deployment and tracking.
