Job summary

MCC, a global leader in premium labels, is seeking a Training Specialist to join our Training and Development Committee. You will oversee the technical training for our production team, ensuring safety, strong onboarding, and a scalable approach that supports rapid ramp-ups and consistent quality.

You will design, build, and continuously improve a mass-training program, using video-based training, e-learning, and digital skills tracking.
