Job summary

Mars Temple, TX seeks a Technical Training Lead to own and advance the site training program across departments. You will develop materials, track participation, and coordinate delivery of trainings and Train the Trainer sessions.

You will collaborate with the Supply Excellence team to raise training efficacy, maintain records, and support audits while adapting to evolving manufacturing requirements and schedules.

Qualifications

• Education and Professional Qualifications: Associate degree or higher in Human Resources, Adult Education, Business Management, or related manufacturing discipline.
• 3 years of experience in developing and delivering training in manufacturing settings.
• Familiarity with LMS and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain site-wide training records and materials.
• Deliver training sessions and conduct Train the Trainer programs.
• Collaborate with Supply Excellence and other departments to improve the training program.
• Schedule and coordinate individual and team training sessions.
• Provide performance feedback and support audits to ensure compliance.
