Job summary

Mikart, LLC is seeking a Production Training Manager to design, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs for manufacturing and packaging personnel. The role partners with Production, Quality, Safety, Engineering, and HR to foster a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include developing curricula, maintaining records, ensuring GMP and regulatory compliance, and evaluating training effectiveness through metrics and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (organizational development, manufacturing, business).
• Five+ years in manufacturing/production.
• Three+ years building and delivering training programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led and e-learning training.
• Maintain curricula, lesson plans, and competency assessments.
• Coordinate onboarding training for new hires and transfers.
• Track training completion and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Propose learning technologies and training materials to improve ROI.
