• 3-5 years management experience with direct reports.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Clear communication skills – verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Own the formalization of new hire training and create annual plant training with Sr. HR Manager and Plant Leadership.
• Develop a written training program including position-specific coursework and certification evaluations.
• Train all new incoming production talent and manage onboarding programs.
• Improve current development and retention programs and pursue talent development across the plant.
• Develop career progression paths for Operators and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Collaborate with EH&S, Quality, and Plant Leadership on special training topics and L2L administration.
