Job summary

CFS in Beloit, Wisconsin is seeking a Training Specialist to shape employee development in a new 400,000-square-foot manufacturing facility. You will lead onboarding, partner with Engineering and Safety, and develop Standard Work Instructions to strengthen operations.

The role offers exposure across multiple departments and a chance to influence training programs from the ground up. Bilingual Spanish skills are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• Experience with employee training, onboarding, or instructional development.
• Bilingual Spanish skills strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee training initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering and Safety teams to train employees on equipment operation and workplace procedures.
• Develop and maintain training content, including Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and training materials.
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to employee development and training effectiveness.
