Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training development and delivery in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Proven ability to conduct training needs assessments and develop effective training programs.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and various training methodologies.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and reporting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for manufacturing employees.
• Coordinate external training providers and internal subject matter experts.
• Manage the learning management system (LMS) for tracking training completion.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
• Create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and job aids.
