Sazerac Company is seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead learning and development in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role focuses on building structured programs, onboarding, and frontline development to drive operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Lead LMS administration, track training completion, and measure effectiveness while partnering with operations to align skills with business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
7+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or workforce development.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery methods.
Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement training programs that support operational performance, compliance, and employee development.
Create and maintain structured training matrices, onboarding programs, and frontline development plans.
Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), track training completion, and monitor training effectiveness metrics.
Facilitate leadership development, skills training, and workforce development initiatives across manufacturing teams.
Partner with operations leadership to identify skill gaps and align training programs with business goals.
