Job summary

Sazerac Company is hiring a Training Coordinator to design and deliver onboarding, skills training, and development programs for our plant workforce. You’ll partner with Operations and HR to ensure teams have the tools and knowledge to perform safely and efficiently.

You’ll serve as the site Learning Alchemist, managing the Alchemy Systems platform, creating content, and driving adoption of our development ecosystem. This role improves safety, quality, and talent growth across the plant.

Qualifications

• 4 years of training or curriculum development experience.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Excellent organization and project management capability.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and learning technologies - Alchemy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and training programs for new and current employees.
• Manage the learning management system: course setup, scheduling, reporting, and communications.
• Create and deliver engaging training content, from system modules to on-the-job tools.
• Maintain the equipment skills matrix and support cross-training initiatives.
• Partner with HR and operations leaders to align development with business needs.
• Support site Alchemy programs, coach/playbook development, and program administration.
• Continuously improve learning programs using feedback and metrics.
