Job summary

Sazerac invites applications for a Training Coordinator to design and deliver onboarding, skills training, and development programs that empower every employee from day one. Collaborate with Operations and HR to provide the tools and support needed for safe, efficient performance.

You’ll oversee the Alchemy Systems platform, create training content, and drive adoption of the My Development learning ecosystem, impacting safety, quality, and long-term talent growth across the plant.

Qualifications

• 2 years of training or curriculum development experience (including bachelor’s degree).
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Excellent organization and project management capability.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and training programs that set employees up for success.
• Manage the learning management system: course setup, scheduling, reporting, and communication.
• Create and deliver engaging training content, from system modules to on-the-job learning tools.
• Maintain the equipment skills matrix and support cross-training initiatives.
• Partner with HR and operations leaders to align development with business needs.
• Support site Alchemy programs, coach/playbook development, and tier program administration.
• Continuously improve learning programs using feedback, data, and performance metrics.
