Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably in manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate effective training programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing personnel.
• Coordinate external training providers and manage vendor relationships.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
• Maintain accurate training records and track employee progress.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
• Manage the learning management system (LMS) for course deployment and record-keeping.
