Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, technical, refresher, and qualification training for manufacturing employees with minimal disruption to operations.
• Manage training plans, curricula, and qualification requirements to stay current with job responsibilities.
• Administer the LMS, track completion, qualifications, master data, and compliance reporting.
• Maintain audit-ready training records and support audits with documentation and requests.
• Collaborate with supervisors and SMEs to develop training materials, assessments, and activities.
• Provide reports on training completion, certification status, overdue assignments, and trends.
