Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Training Coordinator to support manufacturing performance and regulatory compliance at our Jacksonville, Florida site. You will coordinate, deliver, and document technical training for site employees, administer the Learning Management System (LMS), and ensure training records are audit-ready and up to date.

Working with supervisors and subject matter experts, you will develop curricula, track qualification status, and produce timely training reports to help

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience coordinating or delivering training in a manufacturing environment is preferred; regulated industry experience is desirable.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, organization, and communication skills, with the ability to engage employees in classroom and hands-on learning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, technical, refresher, and qualification training for manufacturing employees.
• Manage training plans, curricula, and qualification requirements to ensure currency with job responsibilities.
• Administer LMS, including training assignments, tracking, and compliance reporting.
• Maintain audit-ready training records and support internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with supervisors and SMEs to develop, revise, and deliver training materials and assessments.
• Provide timely reports on training completion, certification status, and compliance trends.
