Job summary

MacLean Power Systems is seeking a Training Coordinator in Alabama to develop internal employee training programs and coordinate participation in external programs. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree or 4–6 years of related experience, ability to work with minimal supervision, and strong leadership or mentoring capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and or 4 to 6 years of experience.
• Perform work under minimal supervision.
• Handle complex issues and problems and refer only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of subject matter.
• Provide leadership, coaching and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs and maintain records of training activities.
• Track and report on employee participation or assessment results.
• Create monthly training calendars and arrange for trainers.
• Coordinate materials and facilities for training sessions, including LMS and rooms.
• Maintain and assist users on the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Complete all necessary documents accurately.
• Adhere to 5S standards and safety, environmental, and quality policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
