Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong record of process improvements.
• Experience with Toyota Production System and kaizen methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead teams and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate internal processes and identify opportunities for improvements using data.
• Establish KPIs and communicate opportunities via data-driven insights.
• Oversee implementation of changes and track progress toward goals.
• Complete documentation accurately and adhere to 5S standards.
• Follow safety, environmental and quality policies; perform other duties.
