Responsibilities

• Create monthly training calendars and arrange for trainers.
• Coordinate materials and facilities for training sessions, including LMS and rooms.
• Maintain and assist users on the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Complete all necessary documents accurately.
• Adhere to 5S standards and safety, environmental, and quality policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Royal Switchgear, an MPS Company. We are seeking a Training Coordinator who will develop internal employee training programs, and coordinate employee participation in outside training programs.

Location: Bessemer, Alabama

Job Duties

• Assess employees for training needs, maintain records of training activities, monitor program effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Track and report on employee participation or assessment results
• Create monthly training calendars and arrange for internal or external trainers
• Coordinate materials and facilities for training sessions, including handouts, supplies, technology and virtual or physical conference rooms
• May be responsible for maintaining and assisting others on the use of a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
• Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
• Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience And Education

• Bachelor's Degree and or 4 to 6 years of experience
