Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated seeks a Training Coordinator to support development, implementation, and sustainment of training programs across our manufacturing units. You will equip teams to perform safely and effectively, onboarding new members as we grow.

Responsibilities include creating and updating work instructions, coordinating instructor-led sessions, maintaining training records, and collaborating with Continuous Improvement teams to document new processes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years in manufacturing/industrial environment with training or technical writing experience preferred.
• Experience with LMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training documents, work instructions, and job aids with SMEs.
• Review documents for accuracy and relevancy on a regular basis.
• Coordinate instructor-led safety and equipment training.
• Prepare training areas and materials.
• Document control lifecycle: reviews, approvals, storage, revisions, and archiving.
• Record training attendance and trainee progress.
