Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated in Chatsworth, CA is seeking a Training Coordinator to develop and manage employee training programs across all departments, ensuring OSHA and company policy compliance.

You will partner with Operations, HR, EHS, and Quality to identify training needs, track records, and drive workforce development; you will coordinate internal Hubbell University and external providers to deliver effective programs.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent; relevant education/experience preferred.
• 2+ years in training, workforce development, LMS, or similar in manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety, quality systems, and workflows.
• Experience delivering instructor-led, on-the-job, and computer-based training.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and coordinate training programs on safety, quality, and operation.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and matrices.
• Plan, schedule, and facilitate training activities with minimal disruption to operations.
• Collaborate with SMEs to standardize training materials and processes.
• Coordinate internal Hubbell University and external training providers.
