Job summary
Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Manufacturing Support Specialist to lead and support technical service initiatives for customers and internal stakeholders. The role combines troubleshooting with coordinating support-related projects, documenting best practices, and driving process improvements.
The successful candidate will analyze issues, train others, and work with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality while aligning with Hubbell’s mission to deliver reliable energy
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of technical support or related experience (required)
- Ability to analyze issues and implement effective solutions
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Experience in creating troubleshooting guides, FAQs and best practices
- Ability to train and support others
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate technical support-related projects, including process improvements and workflow optimization
- Create and maintain documentation such as troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and best practices
- Monitor and report support metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
- Communicate technical solutions clearly to users with varying levels of technical knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes
