Job summary

Watts is seeking an Onboarding & Development Supervisor to lead workforce development, onboarding, and training compliance at our Franklin, NH facility. You will guide onboarding, certification, qualification, and ongoing training across all shifts, mentoring Lead Trainers and Buddies while ensuring training standards and regulatory requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Education, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training, manufacturing, operations, HR, or workforce development.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or Lead Trainer experience preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site's training and workforce development strategy to ensure employee capability and readiness.
• Direct onboarding, certification, qualification, and recurring training programs across all departments and shifts.
• Provide leadership and coaching to Lead Trainers and Buddies for consistent training execution.
• Govern training systems, qualification processes, skills matrices, and compliance documentation.
• Analyze workforce data to identify gaps and develop action plans for improvement.
• Partner with leaders to align training with production goals, safety, and quality.
