Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Summit, NJ is seeking a Specialist, Training and Development to implement the site Manufacturing Training Program and train staff in ILT/OJT, GMP, and aseptic processing. You will develop course content, maintain training records, qualify operators, and collaborate with QA and Manufacturing to ensure compliant, effective programs.

Requirements include a B.S. in Biology, Biochemical, Chemical, or Biomedical Engineering with 4–5+ years of relevant experience; strong MS

Qualifications

• B.S. in Biology, Biochemical, Chemical, or Biomedical Engineering or related field with 4–5+ years of relevant experience.
• Design, develop, and implement training programs and SOPs.
• Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Implements and administers the site Manufacturing Training Program.
• Conducts ILT and OJT sessions for cleanroom operators to ensure proficiency.
• Maintains training records and collaborates with QA/Manufacturing for continuous improvement.
