Job summary

Legend Biotech US in Raritan, NJ invites a Training Supervisor to lead the training team supporting cGMP clinical and commercial cell therapy manufacturing. You will partner with Operations and Quality to ensure compliant training and ramp-up of production for a state-of-the-art facility.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Science or related field and 6+ years in aseptic manufacturing, training systems, or quality systems, with strong communication and leadership skills to drive continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or equivalent technical discipline is required.
• 6+ years relevant work experience, preferably in an aseptic manufacturing facility, training/system applications, quality systems, or learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a holistic training program for all plant functions supporting daily clinical production and commercial supply.
• Manages training team to plan, coordinate, and deploy training curriculum.
• Perform training assessments for new and updated procedures.
• Oversee and schedule training skill checks and qualifications.
• Support evaluation of compliance courses and training systems.
• Lead and manage training requirements for new hires and cross-functional alignment with roles.
• Serve as SME for Compliance & Training systems and drive system upgrades.
