Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven Training and Development experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to create Standard Work and Continuous Improvement documents.
• Good reading of Technical Manuals and Specification Sheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with diverse workforce.
• Able to manage training records, audits and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Training and Development for all employees.
• Driving implementation of training plans in partnership with leadership and prioritization based on development needs.
• Support New Hire Orientation and TPM Methodology certification training.
• Drive cross training, maintain training records and dashboards daily.
• Train employees on standardized work using SharePoint, Teams, and Box for document control.
• Initiate or complete skills matrices and qualification checklists.
• Coach employees on the OPL process and how to document them.
• Develop training materials and guide teams in creating materials and models.
• Track training hours, center use, and TPM KPIs.
• Manage the T&D Learning Center and coach trainers/trainees as needed.
• Provide feedback on readiness for next roles and participate in 90-day reviews.
• Revamp standardized work documents and record changes.
• Identify trainee attributes and support continuous learning.
• Support TPM teams with Learning Center changes and documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement events and meetings.
