Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required for this training and development role.
• Experience in manufacturing training and development environments strongly preferred.
• Experience creating Standard Work and Continuous Improvement documentation is highly desirable.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing process equipment required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for training documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and specification sheets accurately.
• Willingness to work across rotating shifts in a 24/7 manufacturing operation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training and development programs for new hires and existing manufacturing employees.
• Partner with leadership to design, implement, and prioritize training plans aligned with development needs.
• Support new hire orientation and certify employees in TPM methodology and assigned production roles.
• Maintain training records, matrices, audits, dashboards, and validate documentation with shift leadership.
• Train employees on standardized work using SharePoint, Teams, and controlled document repositories.
• Develop training materials, skills matrices, qualification checklists, and guide teams through learning processes.
• Track training KPIs, manage learning center operations, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
