Job summary

Hexcel Corporation is seeking a Training Manager in Burlington, WA to develop and implement comprehensive training programs across manufacturing, technical and support functions. You will lead LMS administration, ensure regulatory and quality training compliance, and partner with site leaders to strengthen workforce capability.

Responsibilities include needs assessments, SOP maintenance, onboarding program development, and driving a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing, training, or related field.
• Experience developing, implementing, or coordinating training programs.
• Experience with LMS and maintaining training records and compliance.
• Experience creating SOPs, work instructions, or competency assessments.
• Experience partnering with leaders across departments to close skill gaps.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and training systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments and maintain training documentation and SOPs.
• Benchmark programs to drive continuous improvement and workforce development.
• Develop training programs across manufacturing, technical, and support functions.
• Direct and coordinate site training including regulatory, safety, quality, and technical training.
• Serve as SME and administrator for the LMS.
• Monitor training compliance and support audits.
• Develop onboarding programs incorporating safety, quality, and operational needs.
• Lead initiatives for continuous learning and operational excellence.
