Job summary

Hexcel is seeking a Planning Manager for our Burlington, WA, USA location. You will oversee site planning, scheduling and purchasing, leading a team of expeditors to deliver on-time, informed production plans.

develop and implement schedules, manage cycle counts and inventory, and collaborate with Demand, Product Management and Regional teams to optimize supply. This role emphasizes safety, process discipline and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 4 years combined experience in planning, scheduling, or supply chain and supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; CPIM/CSCP certification and Lean Six Sigma training preferred.
• Strong computer literacy in ERP/MRP/MES and Microsoft Office; D365/Apriso experience desired.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred; US Person status required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supply planning, capacity and inventory management at the site.
• Lead planning, scheduling and purchasing groups; develop detailed production schedules.
• Facilitate S&OP process and coordinate with regional teams.
• Manage 0–24 month supply-demand balance; optimize inventory levels.
• Develop replenishment strategies and oversee D365 parameters.
