Job summary

Hexcel is seeking a Process Technician for our Burlington, WA location. This role involves operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment, following process instructions, and ensuring quality of finished parts. Training is provided, with opportunities to work different shifts and overtime as needed.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be able to pass a post-offer drug test. The job requires good manual dexterity and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• U.S. citizen, U.S. national, or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Post-offer drug test required.
• Must be able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs., and push/pull 40–65 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of manufacturing duties using industrial equipment (band saws, ovens, forklifts, power tools).
• Follow process instructions and inspect finished products to meet quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure production and deadlines.
• Work both independently and in a team with high attention to detail.
