Job description

Hexcel is the industry leader in the manufacturing of composite materials and industrial fabrics.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and ongoing data management for select database systems including but not limited to the CMMS, LMS, DMS, NCM and CAPA databases, and the calibration database.
• Coordinate training activities for employees with managers and supervisors, including the development of new employee training plans, training guides, scheduling classes, and training for new and revised documents.
• Support records management for various document types such as production work orders, training records, inspection & test records and calibration records, including activities such as scanning, labeling, sorting and filing.
• Utilize existing databases and query tools to generate various reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Prepare CoC and CoA documents in accordance with requirements.
• Supports plant safety and quality objectives.
• Performs special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficient in using the Microsoft Office tools including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Organized and detail oriented to ensure accuracy and completeness of work.
• Affinity for data and document management with a mindset for thoroughness and accuracy.
• Professional communication skills both written and verbal.

Compensation range: $56,980 to $97,680.
