Job summary

Hexcel in Burlington, WA is seeking a Training Manager to develop, implement, and continuously improve training programs that support operational excellence, employee development, and regulatory compliance.

The role partners with site leaders to strengthen workforce capability, oversee training systems and compliance, and lead onboarding and certification activities across manufacturing, technical, and support functions at a world-class aerospace materials company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing, training, workforce development, quality, or operations.
• Experience developing, implementing, or coordinating training programs and processes.
• Experience administering an LMS and maintaining training records and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments and maintain documentation and SOPs.
• Benchmark programs to drive continuous improvement and workforce development.
• Develop and implement training across manufacturing, technical and support functions.
• Direct and coordinate site training activities including regulatory and safety.
• Serve as administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Monitor training compliance and support audits.
