Job summary

Natoli Engineering Company, Inc. is seeking a Training Assistant to support the Manufacturing Training Manager with day-to-day tasks and to revise and present training materials. The role includes handling employee training, NCMR training, 5S, and assisting with document creation.

The position involves distributing documents, tracking completion, coordinating follow-up, and aiding in audits. Strong Microsoft Office skills and prior manufacturing training experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Teaching and/or leadership experience preferred.
• Associate degree preferred, but will consider a combination of experience and education in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and collect training documents, assessments, and acknowledgment forms from employees.
• Conduct follow-up with employees and supervisors regarding training assignments and documentation.
• Observe training activities on the shop floor and report completion status and employee feedback to the Training Manager.
• Administer training and assessment tests.
• Coordinate training-related communications between employees, supervisors, and the Training Manager.
• Document training forms for new and current employees.
• Assist with training audits by gathering requested documentation and information.
• Develop and present training materials.
• Perform other training support duties as assigned.
