Job summary

Natoli Engineering Company, Inc. is seeking a Training Assistant to support the Manufacturing Training Manager with day-to-day tasks and to revise and present training materials. The role includes handling employee training, NCMR training, 5S, and assisting with document creation.

The position involves distributing documents, tracking completion, coordinating follow-up, and aiding in audits. Strong Microsoft Office skills and prior manufacturing training experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Teaching and/or leadership experience preferred.
• Associate degree preferred, but will consider a combination of experience and education in lieu of degree.

QUALIFACATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Physcial Requirements

Must have the ability to sit at a desk using a computer for extended periods; stand, kneel, walk and bend as required throughout the workday to accomplish various tasks Be able to lift, pull, push or carry various types of light weight files and other items (approximately 1-10 pounds)
