Conduct follow-up with employees and supervisors regarding training assignments and documentation. Observe training activities on the shop floor and report completion status and employee feedback to the Training Manager. Administer training and assessment tests Coordinate training-related communications between employees, supervisors, and the Training Manager. Document training forms for new and current employees Assist with training audits by gathering requested documentation and information.
