Job summary

NATOLI ENGINEERING CO INC in Missouri is seeking a Training Assistant to support the Manufacturing Training Manager. You will help revise and present training materials, conduct employee training, and assist with NCMR/5S initiatives on the shop floor.

The role requires at least 1 year in manufacturing training, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work at a desk and on the shop floor. Associate degree preferred, with consideration for relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• 1+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment in a training role.
• Teaching or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Will assist the Manufacturing Training Manager in day-to-day tasks, revise and present training materials, employee training, NCMR training, 5s and assist with document creation.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Distribute and collect training documents, assessments, and acknowledgment forms from employees. Conduct follow-up with employees and supervisors regarding training assignments and documentation. Observe training activities on the shop floor and report completion status and employee feedback to the Training Manager. Administer training and assessment tests Coordinate training-related communications between employees, supervisors, and the Training Manager. Document training forms for new and current employees Assist with training audits by gathering requested documentation and information.
