Job summary

Zekelman Industries is seeking a Training Coordinator in the United States to develop, implement, and evaluate training programs that boost safety and performance. You will work with facility leaders, supervisors, and production teams to ensure employees receive essential training and resources.

You will coordinate onboarding, assess training needs, maintain documentation, and deliver varied training methods from classroom to on‑the‑job sessions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of training, learning and development, workforce development, or related experience.
• Proficiency in managing full training lifecycle from needs assessment to evaluation.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate facility training programs.
• Coordinate onboarding, new hire orientation, and development planning.
• Track training participation, records, and reporting for compliance.
• Collaborate with management to address training needs and opportunities.
• Deliver trainings through classroom, on‑the‑job, and multimedia formats.
