Job summary

Iconma,-Llc. is seeking a Manufacturing Training Specialist for its Fairport, NY site to design, develop, and deliver training programs for manufacturing staff.

In this role you will lead TWI Job Instruction training, administer Dozuki and TrueBlue Learning platforms, coordinate onboarding, and create engaging eLearning content to drive continuous improvement. The position requires collaboration with supervisors and SMEs to assess training needs, track progress, and document outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in developing, delivering, or administering training programs in manufacturing or technical environments.
• Ability to facilitate classroom and hands-on training for varied experience levels.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and on-the-job training methods.
• Ability to administer learning systems, maintain records, and use data to drive improvements.
• Ability to create clear, engaging content and eLearnings with diverse media.
• Strong project leadership and organizational skills across multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as plant’s TWI trainer and auditor for Job Instruction.
• Administer Dozuki and TrueBlue Learning platforms, including content structure and user access.
• Coordinate and lead new employee onboarding activities.
• Design, develop, and deploy elearning content using appropriate methods.
• Support training projects and cross-department initiatives.
• Evaluate and implement training technologies to improve delivery and accessibility.
• Provide coaching and support to training resources as needed.
• Collaborate with SMEs and leadership to translate requirements into training solutions.
